Rajasthan: e-Service App Launched by PM Modi at Rajasthan High Court, developed in collaboration with the Rajasthan High Court

In a groundbreaking initiative, Prime Minister Modi has launched the e-Seva Tatva App, marking the first of its kind in the country, during the Platinum Jubilee closing ceremony of the Rajasthan High Court in Jodhpur. This innovative e-service app is designed to facilitate the issuance of e-summon warrants, streamlining judicial processes and enhancing access to legal services. The app not only allows for the issuance of e-summon warrants but also provides a platform for online case tracking, document submission, and legal advice. The launch signifies a significant step forward in modernizing the judiciary and improving efficiency within the legal system in Rajasthan.
Rajasthan: The e-Seva Twitkar app was introduced by the Rajasthan High Court, now the nation’s first court to do so. Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of Law and Justice, stated, “The Constitution has also completed 75 years. Congratulations to the Rajasthan High Court on completing 75 years. Article 32 is the soul of the Constitution. Congratulations to the Rajasthan High Court for being the first in the country to start working in Hindi in 1950.”
“Let us do innovations according to the new India.”
Prime Minister Narendra Modi underscored the need for innovative advancements that align with the vision of a new India. He stressed that modernizing our systems is crucial for ensuring justice for all. The Prime Minister highlighted technology’s significant role in today’s judiciary, noting that our e-Court Project is a prime example of the transformative changes that can arise from the IT revolution. These technological advancements indicate a significant evolution in how justice is delivered and accessed. By leveraging modern technology, we are enhancing the efficiency of judicial processes and making justice more transparent and accessible to all, thereby empowering citizens and fostering greater trust in the justice system, making them feel an integral part of the system.

PM Modi emphasized that integration is the fundamental concept driving India forward in the 21st century. He announced that the integration program has officially begun in all district courts across Rajasthan and congratulated everyone involved. The Prime Minister pointed out that technology is increasingly becoming a powerful tool for empowering the underprivileged in contemporary India. Over the past India years, global agencies and nations have recognized and praised India’s advancements. Initiatives like Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) and Unified Payments Interface (UPI) have one’s global benchmarks. Modi asserted that we must also apply these successful experiences to the justice system. He believes that technology and access to legal documents in local languages will be essential for the economically disadvantaged. This will empower individuals to understand the legal system and advocate for their rights, making justice more accessible.

Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma expressed that today is a moment of immense joy and celebration for all of us. He reflected on the illustrious history of the Rajasthan High Court, emphasizing its pivotal role during the Emergency when it stood out as one of the nine High Courts in the country that bravely defended the rights of citizens. The Rajasthan High Court has consistently been a beacon of justice, delivering fair and equitable rulings to the state’s people. In his address, Sharma acknowledged the Prime Minister’s proactive efforts in introducing new laws designed to expedite the justice process, which are crucial for fostering public confidence in the legal system. He highlighted the strong emphasis on modernization, digitalization, and the simplification of legal procedures, noting that these initiatives are essential for making justice more accessible and efficient for everyone.
